I Like Linux

I'd like some suggestions for a distro. for a first time Linux user. I've been using Linux for years but I'm very much a technophile so distros. I like might not be very good for newbies.

I'm thinking of Ubuntu or possibly Fedora at the moment.

I just need a simple set-up that a non-technical user can easily use.

Ubuntu or Kubuntu is one of the most used distros by non-tech people. I reccomend it. The look and feel and the usability of it is pretty much like microsoft windows . but it has extra capabilities if you wanna use :)

Great to see the open source community is increasing outside the technical side. I am a software developer and personally i use Ubuntu btw.
