The Big Bang Fallacy [Spirituality & Religion]

As you can see, God is still the Author of science.

Sharon · F
LOL! You really ought to try to find someone with a bit of credibility to advance your cause. You're not doing it any good with jokers like him. 🤣🤣🤣
@GodSpeed63 You're the one who can't back up a single positive claim.

@SW-User But it's all that he's got.
Northwest · M
The proof that the Bible is right, is that the Bible says so. I love it when things fall neatly into place.
@Moon3624

I mean good luck, but just a heads up, @GodSpeed63's position is that any science which contradicts the bible is not true science.
His position is unfalsifiable.
Northwest · M
@Moon3624 no! really?
Moon3624 · 18-21, F
@Northwest I texted u in pm
Thanks, brother.
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@LadyGrace
Thanks, brother.
You're most welcome, sister. That was a good quote you gave. Thank you.
@GodSpeed63 Thanks so much. Miss you!

@LadyGrace
Thanks so much. Miss you!
I missed you too, sister. I'm glad you're still around.
Yikes. When your "expert" doesn't know the difference between physics and biology and doesn't know the difference between two completely separate scienfitic theories in two different scientific disciplines and then overlays a conspiracy theory. Then goes on to make an argument for a theory that dates back to Aristotle (not a Christian btw). Oh and lets talk about how he is hired by a bible themed amusement park. 🤣
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I will add that his expertise such that it is is not in either relevant field of research.
Sharon · F
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Maybe @GodSpeed63 and Dr Terry Mortenson are actually trying to discredit christians and christianity. If so, they're doing quite a good job.
Elena05 · F
for the sake of a debate... religious people always make up stuff about the beginning of the universe... but how exactly do you feel about the inevitable end of the universe. which of the current theories i am sure you are aware of do you personally consider most likely or goes well with your faith.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@Elena05 You think you are not religious? Seriously? WOW! Too bad you don't know the English language.
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
@Elena05 exactly. The Big Bang theory actually came from a Catholic priest. It fits the Christian world view just fine i.e a beginning of the universe and an eventual end. I have no idea why Christian Fundamentalists would argue against it.
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
You are aware the Big Bang theory was actually started by a Christian priest right?
@GodSpeed63 Truth generally has evidence that isn't circular logic...
Sharon · F
@GodSpeed63
Skeptic co-out fallacy.
So, as you can't prove The Flying Spaghetti Monster doesn't live, by your own argument you must believe that It does. r'Amen.
Bushranger · 70-79, M
@Sharon I was so very tempted to tell him to learn how to spell, lol.
SW-User
Oh, hell...here we go again.

Ken Ham

Add Roger Penrose to your reading list as well.
😂
Bushranger · 70-79, M
@SW-User As an Australian, I would just like to apologise for letting Ken Ham loose on the world.
Therifleman · 31-35, M
Honestly I don't buy the video but believe what you want.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
TBH I suspect that should someone observe the beginning of the universe as God spoke/thought it into existence they would witness something that resembled a big bang.
@hippyjoe1955 Nice hypothesis.

Ignorant skeptics pretending to be scientists. 😆
SW-User
@GodSpeed63 Yes, excellent definition of creationists.
I take it this is about debunking the Big Bang. That's too bad. The Big Bang is crucial to the fine tuned universe theory, which is the best scientific evidence of God.
Pfuzylogic · M
@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP
The Einstein expanding universe theory was not backed up by the satellite Gaia round three data.
😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
That's a good one! You've got a great sense of humor!

Oh, wait... you were serious?

@GodSpeed63
No.
In that case the universe must be eternal. No need to postulate that god/yahweh thing you keep banging on about and then denying.
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@Sharon
In that case the universe must be eternal.
No.
