I am thankful [Spirituality & Religion]

I am thankful that I KNOW that I have the right to exercise my own spirituality and religion as I see fit and not as anyone would dictate to me.
I am thankful for the wisdom from the Divine Essence (God, Ya Bahaullabha, Hashem, Allah) presented in many Holy Writings (especially Baha'i writings and prayers)
I am thankful to live in a country that does not demand that I follow "their god" or express my spirituality in ways that are not mine.
I am thankful for FREE SPEECH. I have the right to say so, whatever it is.
I am thankful that everyone is NOT like me, I love diversity. I learn from others.
I am thankful for health and provision for this physical life; roof over my head, etc.
I am thankful for my family and friends. Those who know me best, whom I love the most.
I am thankful for the capacity to THINK for myself...and show others that it is OKAY.
I am thankful that NO MATTER WHAT happens in this world, I have the right to respond according to my conscious and heart and I DO NOT HAVE TO live my life according to anyone else's agenda.

What are you thankful for? (this is a spirituality and religion, trolls can move on, share a real answer not some spam)

I am thankful that I can appreciate and like who I am. It's not easy to love others when I do not love myself. Once I realized the importance of this simple truth, even at my age, I decided to stop complaining about the things I didn't like about who I am. Instead, I started to change the things I could and accept the things I could not change. As a result of that, I was more able to appreciate myself and my unique God-given gifts and talents. The more I did this, the more I noticed and received the appreciation and love I got from others.
@NoobGains Now, that is the attitude of gratitude that I am talking about. Bravo. Thank you for posting the BEST COMMENT...a thoughtful, introspective, honest and sincere answer to one's own question. It's a wonderfully wicked circle of blessings when we LOVE, we are loved. WE ARE LOVE. Thank you; you made me smile and my heart was warmed with your vibration...🤭

@MsAlaineEYes all I need is the air that I breath..
I’m no atheist. I’m just disconnected
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Interesting. Random posting seems to set a wall so others don't get close. I get it. Disconnected sounds like a sad illusion. But if it makes you feel better, go for it. I sadly think that we are all intrinsically connected, whether we like that, or not, it may be just that. And it is just fine to be thankful for Sausage McMuffins...lol (I personally don't define any thing supposedly edible that comes out of the double arches as food)

Everything right now ,Mostly my health . Thank you for sharing this post🌷

I’m thankful for my strength. Beautiful post thank you for sharing ☀️💃🏻
@SW-User You are welcome. Strength: physical, intellectual, spiritual, financial? All of them? To become strong implies that you have "exercised" the faculty and grown stronger from bearing the weight of the information, weights, challenges, doubts or opportunities.
I hope everyone who has been kind and open-hearted in reading and responding to this post will see the IRONY of when we are not THANKFUL we are also not at PEACE with ourselves and others and maybe, we might be judging others and cursing them rather than loving them as would greatly please God. I am thankful, and I think of what my mother used to say, to not be angry or hurt by people but to say to oneself and THANK GOD...because, it is only "But there, but for the GRACE OF GOD, go I".

Please do not feel that I am being attacked. His Holiness Jesus the Christ,
and more recently His Holiness, the Second Coming, Baha'u'llah was cursed,
spit upon, beaten, chained, hung to die or exiled from all friends and family
to SHOW THE GREATEST OF THE LOVE OF GOD and FORGIVENESS.
Be at peace. And most of all BE THANKFUL that you are not UNthankful...
[c=#BF0080]
Sending MUCH love to those who will receive it...HUGS[/c]

Thanks for a positive post!
I thank God every day, we probably differ in our beliefs but it's good to see positivity, too many negative posts and trolling in this section!
@TheWildEcho Yeah; let them troll. It doesn't have to touch our peace; maybe they're just jealous, right? Thanks for commenting.

@CorvusBlackthorneOld Exactly, and it does not hurt me to HEAR about your deities; matter of fact, I find the diversity of culture and thought growth producing. I'm glad you have the freedom to worship as you see fit, and WHOM you desire to worship.

I love your Gratitude list.

@MsAlaineEYes I saw that and I am so sorry your gratitude vibration got tainted like that. It should never have been.

I'm grateful for being alive, for being abundant, for being healthy, for feeling my spirit team with me, for being able to exercise my wants freely, for learning and growing daily.
Sometimes I am just grateful when I see things around me flourish.
@SW-User That's very kind of you to respond that way,💗 it shows your tender heart for truth. I LOVE your list. Especially here in NC, it is Spring and I am seeing the blossoming trees with rich verdant foliage, especially when it is under a sunny blue sky with beautiful clouds, like yesterday, it warms my heart. 🤗

I am thankful for everything. It makes me who I am.
@REMsleep Living with a heart of gratitude has always worked best for me. To be asked "what" we are thankful for, if we do not practice gratitude, is what this question is about. We CAN be thankful for something, when we think about it. Thanks for posting.
