Could you sense what a spirit looked like without actually seeing it ? How would that work scientifically? [Spirituality & Religion]

You'd know a spirit definitely. It's when peace comes and the mentally chattering of the mind stops .
Also you'd see a spirit in people especially if the loving . I was blessed to have a few good friends in my life . That's all I need and the majority of them are older than me .
I learned so much from this woman I know . I went through a toxic relationship, she dropped like the drop of a hat , for no reason , well there was one reason , she started taking sides , a lot of jealousy involved also and sickness . I wasnt sick . Then I had savage bullying not by 1 but by about 30 people involved , serious abuse and do you know through all of want I went through is you cant depend on no one for your happiness and then the pain and anguish came of withdrawls from people . It was like a drug being honest and my only hope was that I knew I had a clear conscious and I met this great great woman of mine and she helped me a lot , learned me a lot and the question you ask I'm getting to the point is that she said to me that I had a good spirit after all the stuff what I went through . There was says I used to spend about 3 hours a day with her every week and I met her then about 5 times in the space of a few weeks and the words she said was that now if you want you leave cause I dont want you to cling to me and if you want to stay you can but I had to leave for other reasons cause she'd get crucified if people that were bullying found out and I dont want to be filling peoples mouths .
THATS what you call a spirit .
