Anybody have a Sunday School topic for me? [Spirituality & Religion]

I was asked to teach Sunday school to the kids this Sunday but I've been so busy this week I haven't had time to study anything in the Bible that kids might enjoy. Please help. Thank you 😊

It is the Lent season. Maybe teach them the concept of fasting by giving up something until Easter like chocolate.

As a boy I guess the story of Samson was the one that captured my attention the most. Maybe not the richest spiritual value I guess
