@Carazaa That works both ways. As a father figure god is a failure too. An angry and petulant absentee parent more than willing to collect his kids money and adoration but totally unwilling or unable to behave like an adult and accept his share of responsibility. The bottom line is that he in nothing more than a figment of the imagination, a human construct designed to be used as a crutch by the weak and a weapon by the powerful.

@Carazaa I repeat. I WAS YOU. And then I learned better. You know nothing about my life and if you can't accept me at my word it says far more about you and your brainwashing than it does me. I've seen both sides. You still have that to come.

@Carazaa 7 years old and you're still thinking the same way now? That explains a lot. I'd been a christian for 40 years (yes, born again) until I eventually realised it was nonsense.

I used to believe in God and the Devil. But then I grew up and realised that nobody is responsible for my actions but me.
No god, no devil, if I do something kind it's me, if I do something horrible, that's me too.
No more passing the buck, no more looking for excuses, no more waiting for divine interventions that never arrive.
Everything I am think and do is 100% me, and this is where the buck stops.

Maybe you'll grow up and start thinking for yourself one day too.

@Carazaa Don't talk down to me please. Mathew 7:1. As a christian [b]it's not your place to judge[/b]. I also don't give two hoots what anybody claims that jesus says since not one person alive is in a position to know any more about him than I do.

@Carazaa I didn't fall anywhere. I turned my back on a man-made construct of a deeply dysfunctional father (god), and I completely reject the notion that Jesus was the result of a virgin birth. I suspect the original Jesus may well have been a good man - but then so am I - and I do not believe for a second in the super-powers that legend has endowed him with. I can't put it any simpler than that. I am a better father to my kids than god ever was to me and I prove it to my kids on a daily basis. God is a myth.

🌸All the prophesies have come true! It is the proof that the Bible is right! In The Old Testament God tells us what we deserve because of sin, which is death! In the new Jesus tells us what we don’t deserve, heaven!

🌸“ How can you escape if you neglect such a great salvation” Jesus said, who died for you to live!

🌸He says “ Ask me anything in my name and I will do it for you”

God has answers all my prayers!

@Carazaa God totally rejected 40 years worth of fervent prayers from me before I turned on my heel and and walked away. And if I ever find out he does exist you can be certain of only one thing, I'll be letting him know that as a father he was a complete an utter failure.

And with all due respect it doesn't matter what you want for me does it. I want you to think for yourself instead of parroting the same old lessons I've been hearing for 70 years. I'm an adult, and I make my own decisions now. Fool me once shame on you god, fool me twice shame on me. He had his chance and he blew it. For better or worse I'm in charge of me now.

Did you always put Jesus first?
I have ! !!! God requires us to [b]follow him [/b] not just give lip service because we want somethings!
I have gotten 4 proposals after my husband left me! I did not divorce him although he was abusive(he changed his mind after he married another girl) I wanted to be obedient so I said no to all guys all of them! I tithe 10%! Did you give, did you sacrifice everyday to put Jesus first? Did you give to missions, say no to ALL sex? Did you read your Bible every day for hours? Did you stop listening to all secular music? Did you stop hanging with non Christians? Jesus requires 1st place!
[b]I Did! I say no to all sex, all proposals, all sin, I put Jesus first! I crucify the flesh and he answers ALL my prayers![/b]

@Carazaa Any father that creates a life than demands they crucify themselves and bow down to his every whim is an abuser of the highest order, and anyone who would try to persuade others to prostrate themselves before him is aiding and abetting abuse. Unlike your god I can honestly say that to the best of my abilities I always put my kids kids needs ahead of my own. Had he been the kind of father I try to be nobody could ever have loved him more.

I am a sinner and deserve the punishment that Jesus took for me and to give Jesus my life is a small cost of what he did for me who never did one thing wrong! And he walks with me and he is so good to me and I get heaven for eternity too! God is just and we are so so so so sinful!
