Strange question!
It has nothing to do with you being a "good Christian" - whatever a "good" or "bad" Christian may be.
The [i]Dark Materials[/i] trilogy is nothing more than a harmless, entertaining fantasy. If you think it somehow "bad" or "wrong", then do you think it based on fact?
Watch or read it and enjoy it for what it is - simply fiction and fun!
(I have not yet read it but did listen to a dramatised serial of it on the radio some years ago; and promised myself I will read it when I get a Round Tuit.)

Why do you even ask this, if you are constantly guilt tripped by things then you should rethink your religious beliefs, I'm not telling you to not believe but it doesn't seem healthy.
