Why on earth? [Spirituality & Religion]

If God created the Earth and all species that populate it, then why would God wait roughly 4.5 billion years before making humans on Earth. Worse still, why wait roughly 13.2 billion years, the age of the universe, before creating life as we know it?🤔
Eternity has no timetable. I guess He was enjoying what He made for a while, before moving on. 😊 One day is as a thousand years to Him. He did not leave us to guess how we (or He) got here, nor the reason for His coming, so His suffering for our sins, would not be in vain.

On shrooms once, I learned that God sees through the eyes of every living being. God is always destroying and creating the worlds we live in after he experiences it all, God will be left with nothing.

@MorbidCynic shrooms, good old days lol

You’re mixing evolution with faith..it never works

@suchaslife If one believes God's Word, then there is no doubt that God started life, the universe, and everything about it.

Amos 5:8
8 The Lord made the stars and hung them in place,
the Pleiades and Orion.
He turns darkness into daylight
and day into night.
He calls for the waters of the sea
and pours them out on the earth.
His name is the Lord.

In Psalm 19:1, David writes, "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork."

The very complexity of our planet points to a deliberate Designer who not only created our universe, but sustains it today. Many examples showing God's design could be given, possibly with no end. But here are a few:

The Earth...its size is perfect. The Earth's size and corresponding gravity holds a thin layer of mostly nitrogen and oxygen gases, only extending about 50 miles above the Earth's surface. If Earth were smaller, an atmosphere would be impossible, like the planet Mercury. If Earth were larger, its atmosphere would contain free hydrogen, like Jupiter.3 Earth is the only known planet equipped with an atmosphere of the right mixture of gases to sustain plant, animal and human life.

Evidence for God - The earth is a perfect distance from the sun and its relative size to the sun. The Earth is located the right distance from the sun. Consider the temperature swings we encounter, roughly -30 degrees to +120 degrees. If the Earth were any further away from the sun, we would all freeze. Any closer and we would burn up. Even a fractional variance in the Earth's position to the sun would make life on Earth impossible. The Earth remains this perfect distance from the sun while it rotates around the sun at a speed of nearly 67,000 mph. It is also rotating on its axis, allowing the entire surface of the Earth to be properly warmed and cooled every day.

And our moon is the perfect size and distance from the Earth for its gravitational pull. The moon creates important ocean tides and movement so ocean waters do not stagnate, and yet our massive oceans are restrained from spilling over across the continents.

Water...colorless, odorless and without taste, and yet no living thing can survive without it. Plants, animals and human beings consist mostly of water (about two-thirds of the human body is water). You'll see why the characteristics of water are uniquely suited to life:

It has wide margin between its boiling point and freezing point. Water allows us to live in an environment of fluctuating temperature changes, while keeping our bodies a steady 98.6 degrees.

Existence of God - We know that water freezes from the top down, allowing fish to live in the winter. Water is a universal solvent. This property of water means that various chemicals, minerals and nutrients can be carried throughout our bodies and into the smallest blood vessels.

Water is also chemically neutral. Without affecting the makeup of the substances it carries, water enables food, medicines and minerals to be absorbed and used by the body.

Water has a unique surface tension. Water in plants can therefore flow upward against gravity, bringing life-giving water and nutrients to the top of even the tallest trees.

Water freezes from the top down and floats, so fish can live in the winter. None of these examples above, are "coincidental".

This all is just a relative measure. Science can not find its legs on Mars properly.

It would take science a minute to say that all previous claims were false.

According to me, and as depicted in some of the sources, we have 4 axis, 4th one being time and its indefinite, was indefinite and will be indefinite.

Let us have an example. If we were on Neptune, 1 year on Neptune is 164.79 years of Earth, what if we were on Neptune? When would our birthday be and how long our day and night be?

Our time is just a reference.

A d that too, I don't feel it is correct

I guess it doesn't make any sense cos it never happened ha ha

The illusion of life, the confusion of confusion.
To ask questions from egos of humans, you will get so many different answers, that's the reality of illusions, just more questions and confusion.

Spirit in human bodies, spirit having a human life.

This quote to confuse you more,
Life is not separate from death it only appears this way. Blackfoot Proverb.
And, if you are an immortal being Who has always been and always will be - time is not relevant as it is to humans. Mayflies live 24 hours and anybody who has ever seen a mayfly swarm knows they are in a hurry to get everything done fast. Hatch, mate and die. If mayflies wonder, they must wonder why we move so slowly.
(Universe is older. Earth - 3 trillions of years. Don't tell the others. Keep information in brackets; they only know asterisks, here. Oh, don't mention the French 'Asterix' - I did once but I think I got away with it!)

@Mikaloviche Thank you
@Mikaloviche Yes He does. He saved my daughter from dying and also a friend of mine.

No reason why God would not "wait" to create something. It's just important not too interpret the Book of Genesis too literally. Faith and evolution are compatible, even though false teachers will tell you otherwise.
ronisme1 · 61-69, M
Why is it so cut and dry. Who says God wasnt busy populating other planets, other solar systems 1st. Maybe we werent the 1st but the millionth planet to be populated. If we used our minds I could come up with a hundred reasons.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
Simple. God created the universe. The material universe evolved using the process He created. This includes biological evolution.

Now the "why" we can't know.
suchaslife · F
@HoraceGreenley Yup is always the "why" lol
smileylovesgaming · 31-35, F
I don't really believe in god. But they think there was another galaxy the sun blown up and it formed our own. So the ingredients from that form our life
You can't apply science and religion. God and the stories behind him will never make sense if you apply basic logic.

what if dinosaurs are fallen angels disguise, and the stars are disguise as fallen angels?
suchaslife · F
I don’t know. If God didn’t create the earth and life, do you know why it took that long to happen?
Maybe he forgot to wind his watch.

Maybe he didn't just create us. Maybe we are version #213,234,323
Too deep for me🤓
