If God created the universe, who created God? [Spirituality & Religion]

Man creatod God, in his own image.

Is it any wonder, that God is alot like the authors that write about him? God is a character, infused with the values of those who wrote about him.

The 2nd commandment maybe a warning against idolatry. But idolatry is the very essence of the monotheistic religions. Idolatry of the men who created God, idolatry of the image of the God they've created. This image needn't literally be a visual image.

No one, he simply existed if anything.A human is too different from a God.Our understanding of a God is limited for that reason.

I don’t think everything has a creator. Like evolution, some things just come to be once all the conditions are right.

The MetaGod, and he in turn created by the MetaMetaGod, created in turn by the MetaMetaMetaGod and so on. Think of the MetaGod as sort of like the Father God, MetaMetaGod as Grandfather God, and so on.

No one ever answers that. [b]That[/b] we have to take on faith, while totally believing a god created everything else.

Nobody. He lives for ever.

He just was.

I have thought this in the past, I was told that God was always there from the start. Suppose this is possible but things like this are beyond our understanding.
