If there is a god, i believe he will return on the day NOBODY expects it. If, even one, person guesses the right date then he changes it. But being omnipotent and omniscient he would already know what day nobody expects his return

Many yrs ago my father who is a preacherman informed us that 1988 was the year. He had worked it out beyond a doubt. Weirdly he didn't seem to realise just how arrogant that claim was.
Also, interestingly, Rastafarians claim that the founder of their religion was the 2nd incarnation of Jesus.
If that's true then Christians still on Earth have already missed the bus. 🙂

People like to do that, but according to the Bible, his return will be a surprise. Although, he said he would return before the generation he was addressing had passed away, so since that was around 2000 years ago, it looks like we missed it as it would have happened around 80 AD or so.
