Of course there is anti-Christian persecution in these parts of the world. There has been for generations actually. I find the end-of-times narrative offensive when most of these atrocities have gone without a blink, a flinch. Ottoman genocide of Christian Armenians and Syrians. We couldn't even take it upon ourselves to accept Syrian and Iraqi Christians in the numbers we could. This is how my Syrian-Lebanese people got to America generations ago. To avoid religious persecution.

The first part is true. It’s not the idea that women are too delicate. Some can talk just as rough, if not rougher, than men. Men just didn’t address real ladies like that, when I was growing up, or even in my old age. 😆 Sure, times have changed, and should, but I hoped these type things would not. I think it would be a much nicer world, if they hadn’t. Thanks for your kind response.

@LadyGrace Well, it's interesting to hear about that and I'm sorry to hear that you're not really adjusting well. But women being included in public discussions equally is a major trend of the modern world and if you think about it, that's really kind of a good thing. When men don't believe they can have this kind of discussion in front of women, they retreat off and leave women out of it. This way, everyone can be included without having to make any sacrifices.

I honestly see your point, but still can’t agree. Does being included in discussion, warrant the liberty to say anything we want in the line of cursing, for those who don’t care to hear it? It didn’t in my day. Men treated ladies with the utmost respect. We never heard men cursing in our circles. But....that’s the way it is these days. I’m not too delicate or too good to hear it.
