Is Ghost Hunting real? Should I do it? [Spirituality & Religion]

A friend of mine claims to have seen a lady ghost in a failed project building in my area. The residents living nearby aso share some paranormal experience, last night another group of boys saw it and tried to make a snap while on a bike but couldn't capture it.
Today me and my friends went to check the CCTV footage of the place, and the timing my friend says he saw the lady ghost was 2.50 am to 2.53 am he says she spoke to him in our native language Marathi "come here come here please" seductively.
We checked the footage at that time, and it has some kind of disturbance and clip freezes for those exact 3 minutes we wanted to see.
The CCTV is from surrounding buildings.
We are thinking to buy those ghost detectors on Amazon and go in that place someday at night to check if the ghost is real, and also make a night vision video of inside that building and put it on YouTube.
Just wondering if the ghost detectors are real? Has anyone used them before?
The building is near a temple so many other people say such things don't happen near a temple so there's nothing there..while 50 percentage other residents in the area believe in some kind of paranormal ghostly existence there

Sure, it's real. So is hunting for the Loch Ness monster or Sasquatch. Those two and ghosts may or may not exist. Hunting them is very real. [b][i]Finding[/i][/b] them is a different story. Think about it. If you were a ghost and could disappear into a wall, would you let anybody catch you?

Its not advisable to distrupt with her ..most religions suggest not to get tangle with things involving paranormal activity ..and my great grandmother toldmy mother of a witch who used to bath early in a pond like in early morning ..seducing passersby and inviting them for a bath with her and then there were reports of deaths in the pond of people ..she used to drown them ..once she even followed my great grand ma to her home and repeatedly knocked on the door saying gibberish things like - kholo darwaza and giggling shit .stay away from her bro ..and seriously dont you love your life ? 😲

The down side to "ghost hunting", according to experts and Amy Allen (a very well studied and documented medium), doing so often invites the ghost to follow you home.

I’m on the fence. On one hand a lot of these accounts seem either made up or extremely exaggerated. But on the other hand I had my own personal experience with one. So I’m not sure. Like a lot of the CCTV footages that I’ve seen can easily be explained as camera tricks.

@Authoritarian Have you ever heard of Resurrection Mary? Ghost hunters have been hunter her for over a hundred years. She was killed in the early twentieth century while on her way to a dance ball. They found odd burnt marks on the bars of the gate to the cemetery that she's buried in. As far as I know, no human ghost could've left marks like that.
