Hang on! If evolution isn't real, why do chickens still possess saurian genes? [Spirituality & Religion]

While they develop, chicken embryos produce a long reptilian tail before resorting it.
Not only that, but scientists have been able to flip a gene on that produces teeth in the embryos!

Pretty cool, right?
Some theist folks tend to lump evolution as a whole into the "atheist" category, while the only part of it that directly opposes most religious creationist belief is that humans evolved from simians. I think some more thought should be given to animal evolution as a rather obvious thing that exists. The human evolution thing is forever debatable, but on that part, to each their own.

Very cool! 🤓
So the takeaway is that when attempting to clone dinosaurs, they should use chicken eggs and not frogs? 🤔 (Oh, that's just in novels and movies.... 😙).

It is pretty cool. Also, humans have a dormant gene for smelling as well as dogs; it's just turned off.

@Celine Yeah, according to Dawkins. We probably could. But, careful what you wish for!

How did the first self replicating molecule arise from an amalgamation of non replicating molecules in a time before self replication, and therefor mutation required for natural selection and the mutation responsible for self replication, come to be?

@Celine Oh indeed, in fact every single post I made is moronic to look at. Could I give you a reference to my ambulance team to have you replace me as one of the medics? They'd prefer your expertise.
