...she becomes insulted, perhaps she yells " i do cross-fit!" and goes to lift the aforementioned perp.
Lel she can't. "A little help?!" she cries to the man, as if he should have been helping her all along. And help he does.

SO!

Is this a sexist narrative wherein a woman who is a cop, after all needs the help of a man? Or is it a series of events that, were she a man, would just be funny for the sake of a boast that fell flat?

Essentially, sexist or just good joke?

It's both, the narrative is sexist but the series of events is... uh, not a good joke? The context and circumstances of the question are also unclear.

This is like when a black person refers to another with the n*-word, it's often sarcastic banter, but a white person can't use it as a joke.

Or, that the factual account of events in itself generally can't be sexist, while a story made up for illustrating particular point of gender almost certainly is.

And that if you tell a joke about a Jew using stereotypes about a Jewish person, it's a different matter entirely from when you tell the same joke about different ethnicity.

So what is your point? It would not matter if the lady would have been a guy, the other cop was trying to help as any one would if they saw that situation. The lady cop is a bitch. So I would say she was being sexist. Next time there was a shoot out with a bad guy and she was hit she might just lay there as her fellow officers tell her to help her cross fit self.

You have some problems with understanding as you are blinded by the feminist and liberal thing.

I stated "It would not matter if the lady would have been a guy, the other cop was trying to help as any one would if they saw that situation" the other cop was trying to be nice no matter what the sex would be. The "bitch" if she was a normal polite person would say nicely "I got this, I work out everyday but thank you for the offer".

So do you understand the difference between being a polite human and treating people politely and being a "bitch"?

You have problems understanding and prefer deflection over using your brain. I won't help you with your learning disorder.
There are series of circumstances that would simply be circumstances, if they were not observed and considered by people whose perspectives were not influenced by an ideologically driven political narrative.

Be it a small male or the average female, the person has tried to do something beyond their capabilities ... I can see a scrawny male or the average female making a to of themselves doing this

I have seen this. And no it's not sexist or anything. Those people are dead weight. And need to be picked up. Some times it takes more then just two people. Maybe even four. and paramedics as well

Funny for the sake of a boast that fell flat.
