Are our efforts as a society to force roles of behavior & lifestyle through religion the only things that make us different from animals? [Spirituality & Religion]

Or do we gravitate towards such things because we actually need them to perpetuate humankind?

Not all of those things have anything to do with religion. We were given the ability to discern through emotions and intelligence. Animals act on instinct. When man acts like an animal it is due to a serious dysfunction in their mental and emotional abilities.

So what do humans do that would be considered a primal or animal behavior?
ravenwind43 · 51-55, F
@Imaginethat killing is the prime example.

talk about false dichotomy. NEITHER is true.
Imaginethat · 61-69, M
@firefall please elaborate. Neither of what is true?
firefall · 61-69, M
@Imaginethat nope, fuck off troll
That's a funny way to look at it, when you consider that atheist societies have done much to force behavior & lifestyle
