Actually @willbury I agree with sorrow... this is one of the things those of us who get better with age know.. we may look a bit dog eared on the outside but we are better, wiser, smarter AND still have that wonderful thing that makes us US... Of course some seem to worry themselves into an early grave whining and wishing they were young again.. waste of time.. enjoy what you've got.. I for one am at least 50 times better than i was when i was younger :P

LOL perhaps i am reading something into this that doesnt exist..but how come it's all men who seem bitter about getting older.. lol sour grapes or what.. I have talked to men who whine on lamenting that they can't get young women... well so get older women then.. stop chasing something you cant have and enjoy what you can.. and lets be honest.. some of you probably werent exactly successful when you were young :P

@wilbury.. speak for yourself lol.. I and many,many like me get completely the opposite of more intolerant as we get older.. I know many old farts like me who are way more laid back than they ever were... we've seen so much and know that nothing is black and white.. but everythng is shades of grey..

I don't dispute that beauty fades. In my experience personalities don't stay the same. We get less tolerant and more peculiar until nobody wants to be around us. Not me but in general and my ex for sure.
