I Am Sometimes Considered Aloof

I don't speak unless spoken to, and I don't go out of my way to make friends. It's not that I think I'm above anyone, or that I'm all that shy, even. To be honest, I just find socializing really exhausting. And with 2 chronic illnesses, I just can't afford to waste precious energy on social interactions. 😔
