I Am Always Thinking and Thinking

I'm so worried about my health & unable to see the doctor until the 30th 😭😭 I maintain a good health but so many illnesses run in my family that it's terrifying for me that one day I just might develop either diabetes, Cancer or become terminally ill. I'm just troubled with an issue that I'm ashamed of talking about.
