I Experience Lucid Dreams

I've been lucid dreaming for years, it comes very easily for me. A few nights ago, right before waking up, I had one that was very disturbing... even for me. I know my mind goes to dark places, and I've accepted that... but this was different...I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I'm relieved I'm able to act out these types of things in my dreams... but the psychosis behind it is terrifying to me.

This is interesting.. when I was in my late teens early twenties I could lucid dream. It stopped working for me. Mine were rarely very dark. Always pretty good as far as dreams go. I could focus on someone I wanted to have sex with and do them in a dream.. I really like that part. No more though.. gone.

So if you are lucid dreaming you are consciously choosing to do dark stuff?

@Coppercoil I have before, and was really, really disturbed when I woke up. I'll probably never speak about it. Edit: duh, this was the instance I was talking about.

Some times in our dreams we see things that we are afraid or we think alot in our life's metaphorically.i don't know what your dream was but i hope you feeling better soon.

A dream can actually feel like its real, even to the point you can control your actions during a dream.
Premonition can be added to this too.

@Lucifercolours no, it's when you are aware you're dreaming and can then have full control over what takes place.

@dumpstermeow I sometimes have control in dreams especially wet dreams. That control is for a bit of time though
