I Astral Travel
I really need to know if there is someone could do that. Bcs I always fail when I try. I think it's not real. Someone who claims could do that has lucid dream I guess.

@ilovepoo: I practiced haveing the same vivid dream each night and learning how to move around in my dreams first.
Then I practiced floating and looking down at myself while inside the room.
Latter - after I was good at it - I would roll our of my bed onto the floor (astrally) and go through a portal hole where I entered a different dimension and had to learn how to see while there.
After much practice, I could fly like peter-pan and left a trail of thread/sparkly dust behind that I could follow back home..
Without a personal trainer/guide and only reading stuff about it, it took me over 6 months before I got good at it..
