I astral projected again!

This time i knew what was happening and had much more control. At first my mind was all over the place then calmed my self, and rolled out of my body. It only seems to work when i dont try lol. I went places, saw others! We talked! I learned somethings and remeber more than before. Theres a beautiful purple sky out there!

@assemblingaknob you dont practice hallucinations. You dont feel the vibrations, you cant find somewhere in a hallucination and go back there again to explore. Theres thousands of people out there that do this.

@assemblingaknob actually there are different aspects to that "world", if you tune to some frequency you can stay in overlap of this physical realm and other spiritual dimensions. Otherwise rest of the domain you might as well call "hallucinations " cause there is no way to prove it.
But in that overlap space it is possible to verify, infact i know people who can tell every hidden fact about a person, but they dont do it for fun. Just because they can know they dont peep into others life, " with great power comes great responsiblity".

Use the word-sound of HU ("hue") it is incredibly protective when exteriorizing during contemplation. Likewise, one can have use of it at any time during the day or just in calm repose to naturally expand ones consciousness. (NOT if you are using drugs too) It can be sung softly to ones self in contemplation. " Huuuuuu" is a pure spiritual love-sound to all of life.

@GuyWithOpinions sounds great. Have you tried meditation before sleeping, speciallly if you wake up one hour before you regular duration of sleep, focus on third eye and try to maintain awareness in that area (keep pushing sleep away while meditating) and then after minimum half an hour of doing that, lie down and this time allow yourself to sleep while meditating..
Works every time. Just that waking up 1 hr before sleep is important, if you sleep too less you wont be able to meditate and if you wake up too late, you wont get sleep after meditation. There is a sweet balance if you hit it right, it works evertime.
