I get sanctions lifted than qualify for low% WB loans.. build up my infrastructure and education, businesses/factories come for my low wage labor (until we develop), develop trade agreements, Im now embedded with global trade(they need me - Global companies assets are in my country)... I enlarge my military and restart my nuclear missile program...

I'd stop that development and sell all the nuclear arsenal shit. Then I'd use the money that was being wasted on that to help the people in my country. Things like improving infrastructure and the creation of free or cheap energy for everyone.
