Is the UK Labour Party, the most popular social democratic party in western Europe.

Polls have us between 33-40%. Elsewhere more 'centrist' leftwing parties have huge problems with long term decline. Corbyn has revitalised Labour. Perhaps not enough to win an election but certainly well enough to give it a reason d'etra.

Its been a dramatic couple of years.

Tough one, whether he wins or loses !

If he wins, he's going to have a lot to deal with.
Domestically; in Europe and internationally !

The current terrorist threat; slowing economy; extraction from the E:U; trying to talk some sort of sense to the U.S. President (Wouldn't you like to be a fly on the wall in those meetings !)

And that's before he gets anywhere near his own manifesto !
If he DOES win, he really will need a solid team of 'do-ers' rather than 'talkers' around him.
I've no doubt Mrs. Merkle is just desperate to bend his ear !

And if he should lose, probably because folk are more 'convinced' by a sharp suit and plummy accent as opposed to anything like policy.
Then fingers really have to be pointed at those within his own executive who have given him such a hard time since he became leader.

@Burnley123: I think your analysis is spot on.
Irony of ironies ?

LOL. I would want Corbyn to win for that reason alone. Its hard to imagine a bigger contrast.

@Burnley123: Two total opposites. Although, i can see a return to the 'beer and sandwiches' negotiating style !
Trump would probably LIKE that !
No pretense, no bullshit, chat and get it done !
