What would you do to solve illegal immigrants and refugee crisis if you are in power?

set up a decent livable minimum wage and fine any company paying less. who will hire immigrants if they have to pay them the same as locals?

@pandora: the key word was illegal
@MarineBob: obvioulsy im talking about illegal immigrants. theres a reason why there arent many in my country.. its because they cant get a job here so not many try to come

@LesDeplorable: pretty close

In my opinions, they should be sterilized upon entry. That will keep them away.
In their country, they multiply like rats despite their poverty, depleting their resources. Then they infest rich countries and continue to do the same.

target practice for every third one, the others will then leave

Stop causing unesessary wars
Thingschange4444 · 51-55, M
@wetncthru: Unfortunately common sense doesnt exist in politics. Only greed and self gain.
@Perry4444: stopping wars would be nice but asylum seekers arent actually classified as illegal immigrants
Thingschange4444 · 51-55, M
@pandora: No they just seek asylum from war torn countries. Most of which are started by the west. Economic migrancy is exactly what it says of course. Although people by the millions have been pouring into Europe with mostly no background checks done at all. What is happening here is happening in the U.S and is no coincidence. It seems there maybe adjendas. Exploitation of cheap labour for example. And overloading of vital services to privatise them. Plus lately we have political religious racial and even gender division so theres probably a few good reasons to have a few more million each year pouring here as well as the fact wars make money for a tiny minority with the stolen resources that leaders fight to gain. Plus each bomb dropped and bullet fired makes a certain few who have shares in weapons manufacturing a great deal of cash. Lots n lots of reasons to go to war. Whos next on the list i wonder ☺

I would keep them in the Middle east, insist that Saudi-Arabia and other wealthy arab countries that have the room and the money to accomodate them take them and if needed sent money to help support them in their own countries and their own culture.

Tent city in Saudi-Arabia can take 3000000 plus people!

LoneKnight · M
@berangere: Maybe they are reserving those tents for fleeing Europeans in the future once Europe is infested by Muslims.Especially for women and children, so that they could convert them and use them as sex slaves.
berangere · 80-89, F
@LoneKnight: Who know what those devious people are planning to do? I believe their aim would be to establish Wahabism in the West as they spend a great deal of money building mosques and madrasses all over Europe,They want muslims in Europe so that a take over can take place eventually when there are enough of them.

Poor countries need real development and proper sanitation, infrastructure, education and healthcare. With those things there would not be the same imperative to leave those lands. Also we have to reduce conflict and war - how this is achieved I don't know, but it's partly tied in with education.

Where? In the states, there's no immigration crisis.

Internationally, the only way to deal with it is to prevent it through humanitarian aid, government and global concern for all people. Prevention, in other words. Short of that, there's nothing to be done but hold on and wait for the shifting sands to settle. The planet is being rearranged.
LoneKnight · M
@DevilsAdvocate: Western countries and other rich countries have been giving humanitarian aid to poor countries for a long time and yet this problem still exists.
SW-User
@LoneKnight: Yup, so does poverty, poor education, disease and resource shortage. The existence of complications from a situation is not grounds for ignoring the situation. It's a call to step up the action against it.
MarineBob · 56-60, M
if you hire them, we will take your business
wetncthru · F
Just hire the poor souls, to f**k with the "administrators" - most of whom have never been hungry for an hour, let alone 12 years old, alone and ,ooo's of miles from home without knowing if their families are even still alive.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@wetncthru: Not all are just poor souls whose families died in A, B, or C. I would call that a half truth since illegals make up a large portion of crime rates in sanctuary cities and many get at least a couple thousand dollars (fast cash) doing criminal "jobs" especially if they come here from Mexico to go join their gangs here in America.

Stop bombing Syria and fine employers who exploit illegal Labour.
LoneKnight · M
There were refugees even before Syria was bombed.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
And before Iraq was bombed?

Look, the West destabilised things in Iraq and then backed the Arab Spring. We are culpable.
