Is the judiciary to Trump as Congress was to Obama?

SW-User
No. Here's why.

The judiciary is interpreting and enforcing law using precedent, examination and discussion along the letter of the law. If they fail to enforce the president's whim, it is because they cannot.

Congress was plainly and self-admittedly motivated by impeding the president, based not on the merit of any argument but "just because." McConnell said as much when asked.

One is constructive and protects & ensures the survival of law and civil rights.

The other is teenage douchebaggery.

They are charged with interpreting the law and enforcing it. Very different.
Lifetime appointments v. Elected officials keep me from even getting my head around this one.
