No...he's already got his tiny hands full. Somehow he has to preserve 85% of the federal budget (he promised to), expand military spending, expand infrastructure spending, build an enormous wall in remote country, hire 15,000 additional ICE agents, cut taxes, AND eliminate the deficit and pay down the debt.
