If you're an extreme conservative, you'd blame them for getting themselves in that situation, and charge their estate for the cleanup costs.

If you're a liberal, you will flag down a motorist, and ask them to handle it, tell the person to hang in there, but you're late for a massage.

Help them. But give them a bloody good bollocking all the way to hospital.

Of course I'd help them.
