Are the immigrants causing the crisis on the border with Mexico all conservatives? Future Republican voters?

Why else would they ignore the US role in Latin America and seek shelter in the arms of their attacker?

Immigrants are escaping violence and poverty. They are economic refugees.
@HoraceGreenley Kind of like your ancestors were.
@HoraceGreenley First smart thing you've said in awhile.
@HoraceGreenley Although escaping violence is not economic per se.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@LeopoldBloom True. But America was not a welfare state back then.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow If you were smarter you would realize that's not true.

@HoraceGreenley …trivia question..who created that economic crisis?

The first two answers don’t count.
@HoraceGreenley It was, just not in the way it is now. Your ancestors may have worked hard, but someone else was working harder. God forbid anyone reminds you who those people were.

Not surprised, you didn’t know😂@HoraceGreenley
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@LeopoldBloom My ancestors came legally. The situation may have been different then, but they still followed the laws of that time.

All I ask is for legal immigration.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@SW-User What are you talking about? Which crisis? You have a mind like a gnat.
@HoraceGreenley But --- but ----but..... suppose I don't come from a country where my life is in jeopardy ? and I just want to come to the USA for all of the free tax payer benefits. Plus isn't the wait for legal status, kind of a hassle ?
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@MarmeeMarch Sure. Come on in. I'll pay for it.
@HoraceGreenley YAY !! Higher taxes !!!!
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@MarmeeMarch Or, you could stay home and try to fix the shithole you live in rather than run away and become someone else's problem.
@HoraceGreenley Ay caramba
@HoraceGreenley Gee, that’s a great idea. But if we let them do that, they might turn communist and we can’t allow that.

You’re like a guy who’s beating someone up, then you stop hitting them and wonder why they’re not as successful as you are.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@LeopoldBloom So we kill the Commies. Problem solved
@HoraceGreenley Good luck with that. According to you people, a “communist” is anyone to the left of Jefferson Davis, so around 90% of humanity is communist.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@LeopoldBloom Oy vey dude, give it a rest
@HoraceGreenley You were so close!

"Kill all the commies"

"But that's why we were in Central America"

"No, it's 100% their fault, US policy had no effect"
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@LeopoldBloom Ancient history
@HoraceGreenley
Ancient history
Lol. No. Current events since the 1950s.
@HoraceGreenley
If you were smarter you would realize that's not true.
Well I suppose American backed coups and death squads to crush left wing governments and assassinating union leaders could be argued to be ecnonomic but I don't think you are that self aware.
