Can someone explain how Trump will be reinstated?

@Rolexeo Yes, I have an opinion, based on my understanding of the Constitution. I'm not asking the question in order to be convinced; I'm asking to know what the other side's argument is. Otherwise, I have to conclude that the people who are saying Trump will be reinstated in August are either full of shit, or are planning a violent insurrection.

@Rolexeo Well, that was part of it. It also happend at the same moment that the election results are getting ratified in congress. And the specific idea behind it was to stop the supposed steal. Supposed, because it was continuously pointed out by the current president of that time, even tough there was absolutely no proof for the allegation.

So you have a mob that was incited by the guy that holds the power in the executive branch, to stop the ratification of the elections in congress. And they did this, by breaking, entering and using violence on one of the 3 seats of power of the United States governement. And you stop with: tresspassing, breaking and entering... because?

@Rolexeo All of your accusations were made in court and not one was substanciated. Just because someone said it, doesnt make it so. I say Trump is a liar. I can prove that. Many of his statements live to camera have been proved wrong. Please provide one scrap of "proof" for any of yours.
