George W. Bush Warns Republicans 'Won't Win Anything' If They Stand For 'White Anglo-Saxon Protestantism'
Former President George W. Bush suggested the Republican Party needed to reach out to a more diverse coalition of voters if it wanted to come back into power.

'If you Republican Party stands for exclusivity - you know, it used to be country clubs, now evidently it's white Anglo-Saxon Protestantism - then it's not going to win anything,' Bush said in an interview with The Dispatch podcast last week.

Bush was asked about a recent initiative from far-right Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to form a House 'America First' caucus that's in favor of 'Anglo-Saxon political traditions,' with respect to immigration.

Asked if the GOP followed that path for the next three to five years if Bush would still be a member of the party.

'No I'd say there's not going to be a party,' Bush replied. 'You know, to me that basically says that we want to be extinct.'
He wants a broad coalition of people who are OK with bombing brown people but not OK with trash talking them.
@Burnley123 I never cared for Bush, and I particularly didn't like when he said my religion wasn't a real religion. But he's right that being an exclusively WASP party will sting Republicans in the end.

@LordShadowfire Yeah, he was not far right.

@Burnley123 I just looked at your profile you're not even an American.

It's galling that elitist jerks feel that have an entitlement to rag on America. Especially to an American audience. We don't go to your audience and snark and insult whoever the head witch doctor is in your forlorn backwater.

And, sadly, very few ever call them out on it.

Clean up your own house - it-s quite filthy

@Slade I went on demonstrations against the Bush (and Blair) war in Iraq while you were munching freedom fries dude.

Your profile is quite filthy LOl.

When it's not, you are a classic 50/50 troll. Say dumb provocative shit for the lolz to avoid actually having to justify an opinion on something.

@Burnley123 Good work limey. Yay you joined a massive crowd all chanting the same shit. That really takes balls

IOW nobody cares that you showed up with your giant paper mache head.

Your opinion is worthless and irrelevant. As I said clean up your own house. You willingly let in a huge mob of 7th century savages who are raping your women and randomly stabbing innocents. And it gets worse every day

@Slade Here we go, another gullible Breitbart crank who thinks that Britain is run by Sharia law. 🤣

I can't leave my house for fear of the Islamist hordes!

FWIW, crime is actually a lot worse in your own country. Too many guns and too many morons who think that Alex Jones is not satire.

@Burnley123 So you think terrorism is funny? My office has a verandah that overlooks ground zero in NY

You must have found that a barell of laughs. A real rib tickler
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@Slade I don't find terrorism funny, I find ignorance funny.

It's why I'm not laughing at terrorism, I'm laughing at you.
Slade · 56-60, M
@Burnley123 Ok smartass enough with you. Don't you have to pick up your file check and methadone supply
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@Slade No but I do have work to do and I am done wasting time. Good day.
Slade · 56-60, M
@Burnley123 Like anyone would believe you are still working at 1934GMT.

Liar
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@Slade You aren't working and it's the middle of a weekday, soooo...
