@checkoutanytime It’s not. The Constitution defines the powers and limitations of the Federal Government. It doesn’t say a single thing about immigration or what individuals cannot do with regard to literally anything. Unless you can quote the article and section or the amendment that says otherwise?

As for the Statue of Liberty, it has absolutely no bearing on the Constitution or any border laws.

If not treated in a sensible manner, it will kill you. So any boob that goes outside for hours while being inaugurated and doesn't wear a winter coat is a bumbling fool and deserves to die from pneumonia...especially back in the days when people die from pneumonia the way people are dying from covid today.
