California: the land that keeps on taking. A friend of mine sent me this:
"I saw a interesting video this morning. California passed some law, SB10. It gives California the first right of refusal on all foreclosed properties. Then to help them get foreclosed properties they extended the no eviction law to extend through June. So people can continue living for free in your property and you can't kick them out until July. As the owner you still have to make all the payments. If you don't and your property is foreclosed then California has the first right of refusal to purchase it for pennies on the dollar."
