I saw a couple months back that California was now 62% illegal immigrants that are being allowed to vote by gov brown , Now if those votes are excluded by our election system as there suppose to be ,does that mean trump won California?

well they get calif welfare assistance , I think the state is now close to 140 billion in debt due to the drain ,which was the reason for the tax hikes on the rich(the reason they left)
