Judge Blocks Certification of Pennsylvania Election Results

A Pennsylvania judge on Wednesday ordered state officials to not certify the results of the 2020 election until her court holds a hearing on an election contest on Friday.

Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race, which the state announced on Tuesday. She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.

“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday,” the judge wrote in her order .

Hmmm, it looks like the election isn't over quite yet.

And in 3 days this lawsuit was thrown out for being completely bullshit!

They even failed to file it in the correct jurisdiction...

The Republican Legislators correctly predicted it would be dismissed. Their reasoning was because the lawsuit failed to understand the correct definitions being used.

But it was also tossed because “They have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted,”

So a total bullshit waste of time, and made those who believes in the lawsuit look quite damn stupid

@Viper But it does define the real problem. Trump issues a random series of statements as Tweets, then demands his lawyers take those "charges and allegations" to court.. Now a half decent laywer will say "No. We dont have a case" and then be fired and replaced. Only a joke of a lawyer will keep their job past the first meeting.😷
