Judge Blocks Certification of Pennsylvania Election Results

A Pennsylvania judge on Wednesday ordered state officials to not certify the results of the 2020 election until her court holds a hearing on an election contest on Friday.

Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race, which the state announced on Tuesday. She also blocked the certification of all the other election results.

“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday,” the judge wrote in her order .

Hmmm, it looks like the election isn't over quite yet.

I hate to break it to you but Pennsylvania certified their results in the presidential race yesterday giving it to Biden. The order only prohibits certifying the rest of its election results in down ballot races. The order would prevent the state from further action on the presidential race except that there is no further action, electors have already been appointed.

@Subsumedpat Buddy is not big on facts or research. Just running around with his hair on fire.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Way I look at it is if you do not correctly diagnose your problem then you will find a solution to the wrong thing. If republicans think they lost because of cheating then they will work on cheating. That is fine unless they lost because they simply got beat. They will be trying to solve the wrong problem for the next 4 years and get beat again.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Ain't that the truth hun?!!

@Subsumedpat Oh, let him enjoy his fantasy from his crackpot news source a bit longer. He's been so disgruntled these past several months, he's pretty fragile already. In the meantime, President Biden's inauguration will surely push him over the edge in due time.

@IstillmissEP In the entire state of PA, they have PROVEN TWO fraudulent votes. TWO!

A Republican voted for their recently (two days) dead relative (who was a Republican).

A Republican voted for their still alive son (A Democrat).

That's all that's been proven, every lawsuit has basically been laughed at be judges and thrown out for lack of any proof.

@Viper Golly whiz - I wonder why Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not take any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race, which the state announced on Tuesday.

The preliminary evidence must be overwhelming!
Viper · M
@Budwick Actually the preliminary evidence is overwhelming that both parties believe the case will be thrown out.

The judge ordered a freeze, because that's her job, to review the case before any more potential harm has been done, which is why this is an emergency case.

But that does not mean the lawsuit is in any way valid, as even the Republicans are saying this lawsuit is mistaken and should be dismissed.
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
@Budwick and they don't have to take any more steps to take so the order is meaningless for Trump
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Subsumedpat @Viper Maybe you kids could unclench your sphincters, STFU and let this play out.

If there's no foul play, you have nothing to worry about, right?
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
@Budwick It has already worked itself out, Biden is the president elect. That will be cemented in about 2 and a half weeks.
Viper · M
@Budwick Not sure if you've taken you head out of your rump long enough to notice...

But I've let all the cases play out... as I have absolutely no control over any of them.

It's not my fault they've been quickly tossed one by one for being absolute crap waste of paper.

And American Democracy is under attack, by lying pieces of shit that say there is proof of fraud... despite absolutely zero proof of their claims or anything remotely close to it, and a cult of sheep blindly following the lies.

So yes American Democracy is something to worry about when the sitting President and his lawyer attack attempts to overturn the legal American election come right out of the fascist handbook.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Viper Not sure if you've taken you head out of your rump long enough to notice..but you have not waited for all of them. THIS once won't be heard until Friday.

But, hey, it's delicious how you make an ass of yourself - in writing.

So, happy Thanksgiving Vipe.
I am totally thankful for your comments.
@Budwick So when the order is rescinded, I’m sure you will scream how the judge is corrupt.
Viper · M
@Budwick Lol, you failed to see I am waiting on this on (to be dismissed).

Because if the Republicans Legislators are correct, this is a stupid lawsuit based on someone not knowing correct definitions of the words in the law.

And even if this lawsuit is proven factually, that means Republicans Legislators passed an illegal law. And the votes were thought to have counted.

So STILL no Democrats fraud, as was falsely promised to be proven, and still a new President.

And hopefully we can stop all the fucking lies from the current administration.

Which I just heard a new one (it's old, but I just recently heard it). I guess Donald doesn't believe anyone knew Abraham Lincoln was a Republican, until Donald started saying it... the dumbass actually publicly said that.
@Budwick Hey Budjack, what is your opinion of those dumb shit founders waiting 4 months, reduced to 2 1/2 months to transition to a new POTUS? The founding fathers really had their heads up their asses on that one.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Viper
Abraham Lincoln was a Republican, until Donald started saying it... the dumbass actually publicly said that.
So, publicly stating the truth makes one a dumb ass?

Typical leftist logic.
@Budwick The reason the judge ordered a review of the case before certification of the down ballot results is actually pretty logical and has nothing to do with the validity of the bullshit lawsuit. By ordering a review the judge is shutting down any avenue for appeal so they don't waste her time again.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Let the lad have his fantasy. At this point, it's all he has left... and his bedroom wall poster of Hidin' Sleepy Baby-trump in a Rambo fantasy costume.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
ordered a review of the case before certification of the down ballot results is actually pretty logical
Especially since there are a lot of unexplained anomalies in the results.
@Budwick Anomalies there is no evidence for. Try reading something other then Q Anon boards.

@Budwick
So, publicly stating the truth makes one a dumb ass?
😳 are you honestly suggesting that people did NOT know Lincoln was a Republican before Donald? Did you not know before Donald said it?

Because that's what you are saying is "truth", sorry I thought you were more intelligent and knew history like Lincoln was a Republican. Guess that explains some thing...
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Viper And here you are chastising me for speaking truth too!

As early as 1929, dems have tried to claim Lincoln as a dem.

In 1929, Franklin Roosevelt penned a letter saying, “I think it is time for us Democrats to claim Lincoln as one of our own.” The then-governor of New York opened the possibility that Democrats, and not just Republicans, could claim ownership of Lincoln.

So, revisiting truth now and then is maybe a good idea.
