Trump basically just conceded. The head of the General Services Administration just authorized office space for the Biden transition team. She wouldn’t have done that if there was any doubt as to the outcome.

I haven’t seen anything about the Ukraine charges, so if you could post a citation, that would be great.

We do know that Cyrus Vance, the New York state Attorney General, has sealed indictments ready to serve on Trump the moment he is out of office on January 20.
