Will Republicans blame Biden for handling covid badly?

I am predicting that over time, Trump fans will post facts and figures about it blaming Biden. Even though the Trump 'strategy' was to deny it was a problem and do nothing.

Maybe they'll do both at once lol. It's not real but also Biden should be doing more about it 😆
@adorbz Biden doesn’t take office until 2021 ? And yet...

Covid will not stop until there are idiots who don't want to wear masks or wash hands exists.

Doesn't matter Trump or Biden.

@HopelessGuy Good point
@Burnley123 🤔...... politicians or leaders rarely care about greater good.

So No.

@HopelessGuy true, only people/individuals can make a difference.

As soon as Biden takes office, they will blame him for the horrible death toll. That is a given. The question is how effective control steps can be at that point when the virus has been deliberately ignored and is in every small town and hamlet in the nation. Masks and social distancing works, and Biden is likely to implement mandatory control measures immediately upon inauguration. Hopefully that will at least slow the spread until we can develop and distribute a vaccine, likely later in 2021. That will save some lives, but many, many more will die due to Trump's malfeasance.

@windinhishair Exactly.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@Zonuss Biden revealed yesterday he will ask for Americans to wear masks and social distance for the first 100 days of his Administration.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@windinhishair Smart choice. At least now we can have some sense of normalcy in the White House. For now anyway.

I suppose it will depend on how he can handle it for the next four years. The responsibility is on his shoulders now. People want to see progress, and if he can’t deliver that, then he’ll find himself in Trump’s shoes regarding this pandemic. 🤔

@SW-User I'm glad to see someone talk reasonably about politics.....

@SW-User yep! I feel sorry for him as well.

Yes, in red states where Covid rates have been rising, they'll blame President Biden.

When ironically many of the people who will suffer from Covid in those states will have been Covid deniers.

What do you mean?

It's gonna be over soon, we're learning to live with it, we gonna get a vaccine soon, it's going to just disappear!

Trump told us so!
bookerdana · M
He isn't even in office and they're memeing about how he'll magically make it disappear...never let an original thought interfere with a good meme👩‍🌾

Yes they are going to impede everything Biden tries to accomplish. However, Biden is good at working with his adversaries, something I couldn’t do. I really admire that in him.
@BackyardShaman I thought what he had to say was pretty generous in spirit, personally...
BackyardShaman · 61-69, M
@Burnley123 let’s go to Georgia and vote a few thousand times 😂
BackyardShaman · 61-69, M
@Mandalorian me too! Purely positive energy is so refreshing. It may be interesting to see how the GOP reacts to that, in contrast to the pure negativity that has been in the White House for 4 years.
Jimmy2016 · 61-69, M
Both parties blame the other party all the time....That's why nothing every gets done in this country.
Jeffrey53 · 51-55, M
Republicans will blame him for anything that goes wrong. Same thing happened with every other presidents. That’s politics. If both republicans and democrats work together things will be better. But that will never happen. It shouldn’t matter if you have an “R” and “D” end of these politicians names.
beckyromero · 36-40, F
@Jeffrey53
Republicans will blame him for anything that goes wrong.
Nah.

Some of them won't be able to break the habit of blaming Obama.
They are busy creating all the new "factual memes" as we speak...
Mindful · 56-60, F
Sadly, the fight between parties will go on and on because haters LOVE to hate. It’s an emotional drug for people who don’t experience peace and love (the only emotion some people are comfortable with and if you feed it, it grows to violence)
