Fairly certain Trump will win on election night but dems will contest results in court for days or even months

Hillary has come out and said "Under no circumstances should Joe concede on election night".
I really don't know if that makes any difference or not, maybe someone here knows the answer.

Trump and Biden are closer in "popular vote" than he and Hillary were--- If Biden wins popular 51-49, Trump wins-- and that's about where they are.
