Are republican voters incapable of understanding simple math ?

@CountScrofula actually thats what i would attest to the republican politicans.. those guys are evil, greedy, powerhungry and immoral...

but i am talkign the people that vote for them, its like mentally handicapped people that can be so easiy manipulated and they cant grasp simple concepts
