I live in Perth in a Block of 30 units.
Of the 30, 25 are occupied by new immigrants, mostly African and Middle East.
They show no respect for common decency, they throw rubbish on the ground, They throw their cigarette butts on the ground, they continually spit and clear their noses onto the ground, they hang their washing on the balconies,(which is illegal) they disrespect the recycling ethos, deliberately contaminating the recycling bins with raw meat.
In general, they disrespect Australian laws and culture and seem to do it with glee.
