So the US is already seeing the first of what will be a wave of eviction protests. Should be interesting to see how the right wing spins this since

the states that will be throwing people out on the street first are all deep red states. That will kind of make the "leftist antifa" bullshit more difficult to maintain.

I think people who are evicted as a result of COVID should set up huge tent cities in wealthy residential neighborhoods.
@SmartKat Great idea. :)
Let’s start with your neighborhood. @SmartKat

@DukeOfEarle I don’t live in a wealthy neighborhood. Rich people don’t live where I live.
But you DO live in a house. So you DO have money. We’ll start in your neighborhood. @SmartKat

@DukeOfEarle Actually, I live in an apartment. I’ve never owned a house or condo.

Check your assumptions.

@DukeOfEarle She is not the one directly profiting off their misery. There is a meaningful distinction there.
Why is she opposed to having a tent city in her neighborhood? If anything she should be shouting from the rooftops for them to come and set up right in her back yard. Or better still, live in her home. Show us the way. Or are you all hypocrites? @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow

@DukeOfEarle Not opposed to it.

I just think it would have more of an impact in a neighborhood wealthier than mine. I’d love it if all the bankers had to see homeless people all over their street, after they did foreclosures.
@DukeOfEarle Why are you insisting rich oligarchs should get a free pass on the consequences of their own doing? Bit rich calling anyone a hypocrite.
Lead the way. Open your home. Show us how it’s done,. But you won’t. So shut up. @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
@DukeOfEarle Translation. We can't offend the delicate sensibilities of poor oligarchs who literally created the problem. Can't let the poor hard done by billionaires see the consequences of their decisions.
BUT you won’t put your money where your mouth is, so? Dismissed. @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
@DukeOfEarle Translation. Consequences and personal responsibility are only for the peasants.
Translation: You’re preaching what you don’t practice. Now run along. @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
@DukeOfEarle That would be you since your entire argument is an excuse for why rich people should never have to deal with the consequences of their actions. It is a good thing there were not more people like you in the 1770s or you would be living in a colony.
Boy you really are stupid and don’t realize when you’ve been out done. AGAIN. Dismissed. @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
@DukeOfEarle That would be you. Kind of pathetic really. Nothing but an apologist for oligarchy.
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Tell ya what, ask Nancy Pelosi to share some of that 13 dollar ice cream with the poor. She has an estimated worth of 190 million. Let her show us all the way. Again, she won’t. You won’t. Game over son. You lose. Good night
@DukeOfEarle Again you show how ignorant you are by showing you believe there is a difference between her and Trump.

So now you just want rich people you don't like to have to deal with consequences. Not much better.
@DukeOfEarle Good to know you think personal responsibility and consequences for your actions should be based exclusively on class and party affiliation.
Good to know you’re asking them to do something you yourself will not. Typical liberal hypocrite. @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
@DukeOfEarle Says the guys who is arguing that rich people should never have to deal with any consequences or take responsibility for anything.

And again showing you don't know what a liberal is either.
Oh did I call you a liberal? I meant Communist. It’s really all the same scum to me. @PicturesOfABetterTomorrow
@DukeOfEarle Good job doubling down on your ignorance and announcing it to the world.
