Technically speaking, if Biden won the US election, could he actually appoint Trump in his administration?
That might be an interesting way to have both sides of the nation represented

No reason he couldn't, but it would be really freaky if Congress would approve him to a cabinet post. They might want him to testify under oath, and we know he can't do that without committing perjury.
