On rent and groceries primarily, since I'm now working about 1/3 of the hours I used to and those are my biggest expenses. I'd like to buy some books though, since the increase in leisure time has me looking for something enjoyable to do.

My plan was to get a kayak this summer, but I don't know if that's a good use of money in these times

I am skeptical that they will happen. If I get one, it goes into savings.

I suspect we’ll let NYC and NJ peak, call victory, call off isolation in most parts of the country— and then announce we don’t need a stimulus, and divert the funds elsewhere.
