To me, yes, it is. For one, it's disrespectful. I wonder if Putin lets an American stand behind HIS desk in the Kremlin? Bad enough that -Individual 1 has a meeting with Putins top man during his Impeachment investigation, let alone to be ok with him standing behind the Resolute Desk...almost like he belongs there...? Anyway, yes, to me it shows Donnie's weakness as a president.
