Attempted bribery [i]is[/i] bribery under federal law -- just as attempted murder is a crime in every state -- and Trump has been blocking witnesses who would've had firsthand knowledge. Also, there are a lot of exceptions to hearsay, such as a statement by a party opponent and a legal act.

@BlueVeins you know that wasn't a trial right? The actual trial is in the Senate and I say bring it. Let ACTUAL evidence and not HEARSAY be brought to light.

@Tiredandlonely The hearing, whatever, and hearsay can be evidence under federal law under certain circumstances. And we'd have a lot more direct testimony of the president hadn't been blocking it all.

@curiosi i dont think it would be so extreme and hyperbolic if they wernt terrified of their own crimes being looked at..
simply losing an election just dont explain the effort..
