If RBG is still on the bench and not retired on January 1, 2020, the Merrick Garland rule should prevent her from being replaced ...

Susan Collins won't be re-elected if Trump needs to fill a vacancy.

Democrats will win the Senate.

Read the WSJ and check the markets. @beckyromero

@jackjjackson

The "markets" don't like change.

The performance of the President and his team has been remarkable. It’s over for the Dems for awhile. @beckyromero
It's actually called the Biden rule, and it would, if the Democrats controlled the Senate.
@jackjjackson It does. However, a Republican controlled Senate is not going to block the confirmation of a nominee put up by a Republican President unless there is something wrong with the nominee.

RBG will hang in there. @PrivateHell

Don’t get me wrong. With Roberts equivocating a real added conservative would be outstanding. @jackjjackson

If she makes it that long, just had surgery to remove a lump on her pancreas. They are declaring no more cancer, although it seem to keep popping up. Tic tock!

We don’t want her to die or suffer. However if Lindsey can push another real conservative through ....... @TexChik @curiosi
