Since the economy has gotten better, I've gotten a more lucrative Computer Science job with the government at a 40%+ increase in salary and benefits. However, the "maturity level of politicians who engage in petty deceits and bickering for media attention" has been going on since the Andrew Jackson administration (roughly 1828–1840). It's curtailment appears no where on the horizon. The relationshit does seem similar to a parent disciplining a child who's been misbehaving for years and the parent has reached the absolute limit, and now both have become vulgar. Oh well, you what they say about bad medicine.
