Do feminists underestimate the power of femininity?

Abstraction · 61-69, M
Have you met a 'feminist'? What's in your mind when you say that word?

Most 'feminists' I know are very feminine. They're just ordinary women.

Most 'feminists' believe that they should be paid the same if they're doing the same work. Isn't that just fair? That they should have the same opportunities, that sexual violence and harassment is wrong... none I know personally hate men. Do you disagree with any of this?

On social media and extremists like Alex Jones, they have painted a caricature of all 'feminists' as man-hating extremists. It's a fantasy that many on this site believe. But research shows this isn't even close to representing the views of most women who would classify themselves as feminist. Happy to share the research if you can't find it.
No. We’ve redefined femininity. It doesn’t have to mean weakness, submissiveness or masochism.

No, feminists can be plenty feminine. Feminists aren't against femininity.

What do you mean? There are tons of feminine feminists.

Well, for starters... Which wave are we speaking about?

And which branch of those waves?

It's not like anything unifies them aside from having a vagina...

Who knows what goes through their head

@ImRileyTheDog want me to find out? I'm like, married to one, raised by one, all my friends are feminists, and I'm one too.

@CountScrofula Well, everyone is different so your opinion on feminism could be different from another. But I’ll always respect yours and their opinion if you wish to share it. You don’t necessarily have to. But what is Gaz’s opinion is the real question???

What? like the damsel in distress thing? That's not a power, it's what holds feminism back.
If only women wielded the pussypower correctly.. you could make man move mountains

They do not underestimate it, they hate it.
I think so.
They have lost the plot.
