Both phony and disturbing. She seems to have a knack for laughing at the most inappropriate moments, like when they were questioning her about what she was doing that was so important the night when four American troops were slaughtered in Benghazi that she couldn't be bothered to authorize the military to send them backup until it was too late.

@llamaboy You are young but I remember when she was running for president the first time against Obama and someone criticized her early on about not showing a sense of humor. So in an interview shortly after she got asked a question and she lets out the most fake long laugh (to show that she had a sense of humor)...oh geez woman just shut up.
