If trump replaced the 2/3rd rule in congress for supreme court picks and some legislation, wudn't that replace the need for 2/3rd majority to impeach?

@MasterLee ok, but in all cases the nuclear rule should be unconstitutional; and if you enact it on only the legislation that benefits you, shouldn't it apply to all acts of congress. Not only the ones your party can implement?
